| Proposal | Notification to remove trees from the periphery of the car park within the grounds of what is currently known as Government Building, Holland Road,Spalding;the trees are all within the Conservation Area.
The District Council has no objection to the removal of the following trees (Reference numbers refer to the report by Dr.Frank Hope and the plan identified as Job No: 2412-12, Drawing No.01 enclosed with the application):
T1 Mountain ash.
T2 Ornamental crab.
T3 Ornamental crab.
T4 Flowering Cherry.
T6 Holly.
T7 Sycamore.
T8 Tree of Heaven.
T10 Tree of Heaven.
T11 Evergreen oak.
T13 Lime.
T14 Lime.
The District Council does not approve of the removal of the following trees:
T5 Sycamore.
T9 Lime.
T12 Sycamore.
These trees have been made subject to Spalding Tree Preservation Order No.80 2013 and therefore cannot have works carried out on them unless a formal application is made through the Tree Preservation Order system and permission received. |
