| Proposal | Works to trees in Fleet Conservation Area in
the garden of the Manor House, East Gate, Fleet.
A: Yew adjacent to the north western corner of the house.
Reduce by up to 25% in height and reduce spread by pruning branches by no more than one metre all round to give a one metre clearance from the house and a balanced appearance.
B: Yew adjacent to the central part of the northern wall of the house.
1: Selectively reduce canopy by up to one metre, to give a balanced shape.
OR
2.Remove the tree entirely. There is some concern whether the tree contributes to structural problems present in the house.
C:Apple tree in the garden to the north east of the house.
To remove the tree entirely as it has collapsed.
D:Yew To prune back branches by no more than 61 cm.(two feet) all the way round to remove over-hang from the highway and balance. |
