Remove dead wood and prune crown to balance, particularly over the road, approximity a 25% reduction overall.

Selectively reduce crown by no more than 25% to give clearance to the garage and balance the whole of the crown.
The extent of the pruning of branches growing towards the garage and over the garden of 28 Fleet road to be minor. Most of the reduction to be over the neighbouring properties, particularly that to the north east of the tree. |
