ProposalWorks to trees all situated at the western end of Low Gate Pit within the grounds of Sycamore House, Low Gate, Gosberton. the site is located within Gosberton Conservation Area. Notification of:a) The proposed removal of ten aspen trees which grow at the western end of the pit. The trees are situated so close together they have grown up like'telegraph poles', with all the foliage at the top, there is therefore little opportunity to reduce their dimensions to fit in the space available without pollarding them, which would reduce any visual amenity value which they had. b) The selective reduction to balance the north side of the aspen tree which grows adjacent to the northern boundary in the vicinity of the south eastern corner of the garden of the property known as 27 Low Gate, possibly to the extent of removing the larger northern branch which overhangs the boundary.
