| Proposal | Tree works to prune a mature oak located within Group 2 of Holbeach Tree Preservation No.4 1971,which is situated in the south eastern corner of the rear garden at 2 Lime Grove. The tree has signs of internal basal decay at ground level and a decaying buttress root.
Reduce back branches by no more than 2.0 Metres which overhang the extension on the house at 3 Lime Grove. This will result in a reduction in the crown of the tree on the south side. At this stage no consent has been given to reduce the height of the tree. |
