| Proposal | Works to prune an oak tree located in the south eastern corner of the frontage of the Sessions House, Sheep Market, Spalding. The tree is in Spalding Conservation Area.
Works to laterally reduce the canopy which overhangs the roof of 33 The Crescent to give up to two metres clearance of the roof and that growing towards the south eastern corner of the Sessions House to give up to two metres clearance of the wall. The selective lateral reduction of the canopy,which grows over the road (by no more than two metres) to be carried out if required to balance. The canopy to be raised over the road if necessary to comply with highway requirements. |
