| Proposal | Notification of the proposal to fell a weeping willow tree in the rear garden of 37 Spring Gardens. The tree is within Spalding Conservation Area. The tree was a fence support post put in approximately 35-40 years, by the applicant, it is now a fine mature tree. The applicant wishes to develop the area of garden in which the tree grows and also seemed concerned regarding its close proximity to neighbouring properties and its safety. Should development take place on the site vacated by the tree, the applicant will plant a suitable replacement after development. |
