| Proposal | Works to trees in the garden of Cley Hall Hotel within Spalding Conservation Area. The trees are at the eastern end of the garden adjacent to the north and eastern boundary. Please see the attached plan.
Leyland cypress. T1 selective reduction from neighbouring boundaries.
Selective reduction in height by no more than 25%, try to keep the original shape of the tree.
Maiden hair tree(Ginkgo biloba). T2 Reduce back two branches which over hang the adjoining property, to give clearance to the roof.
Hornbeam. T3 Selective thinning of minor branches to give clearance to the adjoining roof.
Hawthorn. T4 Selective reduction of the remaining tree,once dead wood removed, by no more than 20%. |
