The tree is located in the rear garden of 122 Pinchbeck Road, Spalding.
The application is to crown reduce the tree by 20%,
this percentage to include the reduction of the crown spread.
Thinning, to include the removal of minor branches throughout the crown which are unlikely to survive shading by the canopy. The removal of rubbing branches, crossing branches likely to rub and obvious duplicate branches as necessary and the removal of any dead wood.
