| Proposal | Works to trees in the garden of Mill Lodge, Mill Lane, Tydd Saint Mary, which is located within Tydd Saint Mary Conservation Area.
Large horse chestnut on the frontage (not subject to a Tree Preservation Order).
a) Prune to give up to two metres clearance of front of house up to the top of the gable.
b) Prune to give up to one metre clearance of east side of house above gable.
c) Crown lift and prune from road to give highway clearance,to allow oil tankers and delivery wagons clear access.
d) Selective reduction of regrowth towards drive to old cuts, leave some growth to improve appearance.
c) Remove any dead wood.
The three horsechestnuts along the rear(western) boundary of the garden are all within Group Two of Tydd St Mary TPO No. 4 1992.
