Please find attached a copy of an Outline Planning Application form (with all matters reserved). Please complete this form and attach one copy of an up to date 1:2500 / 1:1250 site location plan with the application site edged in red and any other land owned outlined in blue. In addition, we require one copy of 1:500 / 1:200 block plan with the proposal outlined in red. A previously mentioned a fee of £385 is required.
 
You do not need to indicate proposed access points or any element of design for a building. An all matters reserved application solely examines the principle of development upon an area of land.
